I have tried it all. The possibility of logging in the eReader irectly to the library webpage was the reason why I chose Tolino in the first place. Its been working since december 2016, both direct downloading and via computer as well as via Adobe Editions. But suddenly it stopped working in early May. I have been in contact with Hugendubel.de, Telekom.de, the local libraries and also Axiell Media AB who is the company in Sweden that is responsible for ePub creation to the libraries. They all give the same tips about Adobe Id must be same on Tolino as on computer etc.... And I am aware of all these facts, I have had no trouble using the eReader until now. So, none of all those tips work for me. Then the companies blame each other instead of trying to help me out. Something has probably changed in the way Adobe DRM connects to Tolino (it works to read books on my computer, on an Android phone, on an iPad and on other eReaders like Kindle, but Tolino does not seem to work anymore. Tolino producer (Telekom.de) blames Sweden's way of handling ePub since "only three persons have reported this problem, and all of them are Swedes, not germans or citisens of any other country in the world". The ePub company in Sweden says that nothing has changed last months in their routines they follow when creating the ePubs for the libraries ant thus blaims Tolino or Adobe. The library has had me and my Tolino in place for personal support for hours without been able to solve the problem. And Telekom.de says that the reseller is the one who should be taking the warranty arrend. Problem is that this Tolino was purchased from a web company, that unfortunately does not exist anymore.
Sweden is probably very little part of the money that Tolino-company makes on the eReaders. so the priority of tickest from Sweden are for sure not very high. So I am left with a eReader I cannot use with library loans anymore.
I go to the library webpages:
https://www.bibliotekenisollentuna.se/web/arena/e-bocker (Tolino web browser does not support this login page, but via computer it ha been no problem transfering the URLlink.acsm-file and the books downloadedd automatically)
    and
https://biblioteket.stockholm.se/e-böcker/e-böcker (possible to log in with Tolino web browser and directly loan eBooks)

It was never any problem until a couple of weeks ago, the library ePub books have Always workt before. I thought it had to do with the new firmware (10.0.1) but older firmwares does not work either. I have tried both download the URLlink.acsm-file to the tolino’s Download directory directly from the library wep-page and also tried to download it to computer and then copy it to tolino. After unplugging Tolino the book is added/downloaded normally to Tolino, but when opening the book the following error message turns up: ”An error occurred while loading your file. The file is presumable damaged and cannot be opened. Please contact customer service.” No book works from library

    I have tride to
    - Factory reset Tolino
    - Wipe the Tolino HD4 unit by pressing Ilumination-buttom, Home-button and ON-button simultaneoulsy
    - Restore the Tolino unit by pressing Ilumination-buttom, Home-button and ON-button simultaneoulsy
    - Log out/in on Adobe DRM id
    - Create a totally new Adobe DRM id

Thanks in advande for looking in to this! :)

Entschuldigung meine schlechte deutsche Sprache...
