Tolino Vision does not delete books

I just bought a Tolino Vision. When I delete a book(or multiple books) , switch off the reader and start it it up again, al those deleted books are loaded in again.Same thing when connecting and deconnecting to Calibre on my computer So I would like to know if that can be remedied or is the reader faulty and has to be returned to the factory? Thanks for relevant info!
