    Hello admins,


    Most of the menus of the Onleihe app fail to open with the following error:


    An unexoected error occurred - java.security. GeneralSecurityException: Decryption failed


    When I reinstall the app, it is gone. When I return after a day the issue is back. I use Android 9, latest security patch.

    Any ideas what I can do?

    Hi there,

    Your device is not very common, therefore it is "tricky", trying to reproduce such errors.


    So, we need very precise details about Your device (typ of model, build, numbes, also from the operation system and exact version installed).
    But it is unusual for me, as Admin, to intervene in that respect.

    The usual way would be via Your own library, they should generate a ticket to us with Your data.


    However, please add the details, if You do not want to type it in here in public, send a PN, no problem.
